Matt Brice

Matt serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Retail Services at AdventHealth, overseeing financial operations for AdventHealth Centra Care and AdventHealth Primary Care+. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. His leadership experience spans both the retail and healthcare industries, where he focuses on financial stewardship, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Beyond his professional work, Matt is a devoted husband to his wife, Jess, of 17 years, and a proud father of two adopted daughters. He actively serves at Thrive Church Apopka, leading teams that welcome and support visitors and church families, and is honored to serve on the board of Commission 127, an organization whose mission has personally impacted his family.
